COLLECTING YOUR POTTERY

Please wait up to six weeks for our pottery collection email before coming to the studio (remember to check your spam folder).

Once received we recommend collecting your fired work as soon as possible after receiving our email notification that it is ready. This helps us keep our storage area clear and ensures your pieces remain safe and undamaged.

Please feel free to drop in during any of the collection time slots below — there is no need to email in advance. A friend or family member is also very welcome to collect on your behalf if you’re unable to make it.

PICK UP TIMES

FRIDAYS: 11am – 12.30pm

SATURDAYS: 11.30am – 1.30pm and 3pm – 4.30pm
Please note: collections will not be possible in the afternoon on Saturday 27th June.

SUNDAYS: 11am – 12.30pm
Please note: collections will not be possible on Sunday 12th July.

Due to limited storage space within the studio, we’re unfortunately unable to store work indefinitely, so any uncollected pieces will sadly be disposed of after 6 weeks from the date of our email notification.

If you’re unable to pop by during one of the above collection times, we may be able to arrange an alternative time outside of these hours. Please do get in touch via email and we’ll be happy to help.
