COLLECTING YOUR POTTERY

We recommend collecting your fired work as soon as possible after receiving our email notification to let you know it is ready. This helps us keep our storage area clear and reduces the risk of damage.

If you’re unable to collect in person, a friend or family member is very welcome to collect on your behalf — they will simply need the lead booking name for your workshop when they arrive.

Please feel free to drop in during any of the collection time slots below. There is no need to email us in advance.

FRIDAYS: 11am – 12.30pm

SATURDAYS: 11.30am – 1.30pm & 3pm – 4.30pm
Please note: collections will not be possible on the afternoon of Saturday 16th May.

SUNDAYS: 11am – 12.30pm

Due to limited storage space within the studio, we’re unfortunately unable to store work indefinitely, so any uncollected pieces will be disposed of after 6 weeks from the date of our email notification.

If you’re unable to attend during the above collection times, we may be able to arrange an alternative time outside of these hours. Please get in touch with us via email.
