ACCESSIBILITY

At Honeybourne Pottery, we believe creativity should be accessible to all. Pottery is a naturally inclusive, hands-on craft that offers calm, focus, and self-expression - making it especially beneficial for guests with physical, sensory, cognitive, neurodivergent, or mental health needs.

We are committed to pan-disability access and aim to provide a welcoming, adaptable environment for every visitor. Whether you're seeking a therapeutic outlet, a mindful experience, or simply something new to try, our workshops are designed to be supportive, beginner-friendly, and enriching for all abilities.

We offer a variety of flexible formats - from wheel-throwing and clay modelling to tailored group workshops that can be adapted to suit individual access requirements or group dynamics. We warmly welcome disability organisations, community groups, and mental health services, and offer discounted group rates to support wider participation.

Please note: Due to the layout of our building, our WC facilities are not wheelchair accessible. We apologise for this and are happy to help suggest nearby alternatives where possible.

We’re always open to feedback and happy to discuss how we can accommodate specific needs ensuring that everyone can enjoy the therapeutic, creative joy of working with clay - please contact us in advance so we can make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
