Meet Our Team
Hello! I’m Anjum, I started a year long apprenticeship at Honeybourne Pottery in July 2018. I have now joined the team on a full-time basis and am continuing my development working with clay.
I find pottery to be incredibly therapeutic and a great way to experiment creatively! Seeing people learn and enjoy the art of throwing is wonderful, so come on over to have some fun and get a little messy!
Hi there! My name’s Lucinda and I’ve just started an apprenticeship at Honeybourne Pottery and I am loving every minute of it! I started off as a weekly class attendee, which snowballed into a career after asking if they needed another set of hands. I love the whole process of making a pot. At times, it’s a workout, spa treatment and a meditation session all at once! I hope you will enjoy ceramics as much as I do and I look forward to meeting you to create a bespoke piece of your own.
"I'm not sure if there is anywhere else you can get such a unique and memorable experience that is so affordable. Only when you hop off the hamster wheel and onto the potter's wheel can you embrace the escapism and lose yourself as you peer into your own creation in the making; sometimes its beautiful-sometimes its a disaster but each time its a joy and the smile never fades throughout. There is something quite therapeutic working with the earthiness of clay at the same time as forgetting the world around you - thank you for a most wonderful experience- we will be back." Mark
"Found Honeybourne Pottery online as I was looking to treat the fiance to something that we had never tried together before. Turned out to be a really fantastic decision from the very off! Annabel & Alan made us feel very welcome and were great hosts in helping us with our pottery. We even decorated our favourite pieces before they were sent to the kiln and can't wait to see the finished products!" Manveer & Priya
