MEET THE TEAM

We don’t mean to brag, but we truly have the most amazing team here at Honeybourne Pottery! Their passion, creativity and dedication make our studio the special place it is. We’re endlessly grateful for the warmth, talent and magic they bring to every workshop and creation.

We work closely with our team to ensure that our values and studio identity are at the heart of everything we do.

Meet the wonderful people (and pup!) who make Honeybourne Pottery what it is!

  • Chris joined the HP team in 2023 as a potting novice, blending her love for creativity with a fresh enthusiasm for ceramics. Since then, she has blossomed into a skilled tutor, delighting in sharing her artistic passion with students.

Beyond the studio, Chris is a lifelong learner with a vibrant array of interests. She studies British Sign Language at Gloucester College, enjoys bell ringing, tap dancing, and tennis, and even performs in a local band, singing and playing covers across folk, pop, and rock genres!

  • Tilda is the youngest member of the HP team, joining us during holidays from studying Ceramics at Cardiff Metropolitan University. Pottery has been transformative for her—a way to express ideas, nurture mindfulness, and support her well-being. She believes everyone should try pottery and hopes they’ll love it as much as she does.

  • Dave is an accomplished ceramicist and experienced tutor, known for his friendly teaching style and good humour. He leads our ever-popular Gluggle Jug workshop, making pottery fun and rewarding for all skill levels.

Dave reached the finals of The Great Pottery Throw Down, (Channel 4) in 2024, impressing judges with his skill and creative flair under pressure. Outside HP, he develops new work in his home studio and runs offsite workshops across the West Midlands—sharing his passion for clay far and wide.

  • Robyn is the newest member of the team, bringing with her a passion for hand-building and teaching. She loves exploring the endless possibilities of clay, from sculpting organic forms to crafting functional pieces with character and charm.

With a warm and encouraging teaching style, Robyn enjoys guiding students of all levels through the creative process, helping them gain confidence and discover the joy of making.

With his keen eye for biscuit opportunities and a talent for spreading joy, he keeps the team in check while making sure every visitor receives a warm welcome. Whether snoozing in a sunbeam, supervising the pottery wheels, or graciously accepting belly rubs, Harry brings a little extra magic to the studio every day!
