MAKE A BOOKING

To book one of our pottery workshops, please first select a date from the calendar, along with your chosen workshop and click “BOOK NOW”. Be sure to book in advance online, as we often can't accommodate customers on a walk-in basis. 

Group bookings for over 8 people can be arranged by emailing info@honeybournepottery.co.uk or by using our Enquiry Form. Typically these large group bookings (e.g. Hen Parties, Corporate Groups, Children's Parties, Schools and Social Groups) take place in the afternoons on Wednesday - Sunday.

Voucher Bookings:

In order to use a gift certificate to pay for a booking, please first select the workshop, date & time and click continue (please ignore where it says ‘Apply Promo or Voucher’).
You will then be asked to fill in your booking details on the next page. When it comes time to pay, the payment screen will default to Credit Card. There will now be an option at the top of the screen for Gift Certificate. Please click on this and enter your gift voucher code. You will find this long number at the bottom of your gift certificate below the barcode and starts with the letter G.

Please note it may not be possible to redeem gift vouchers (those with a 4 digit number code or a 5 digit alpha/numeric code) using our online booking system. If you experience problems, please use our Enquiry Form to contact us, quoting your voucher code along with the date/time of the workshop you wish to book. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. These vouchers can still be redeemed (if in date) but we will need to make the booking on your behalf.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing by email. Cancellations will be subject to the following fees:
Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking date will be charged the full workshop fee.
Cancellations within 7 days of the booking date will be charged 50% of the workshop fee.                                                                                                                                                  Cancellations within 14 days of the booking date will be charged 20% of the workshop fee.
 

Transfer & Substitution

Requests to transfer to an alternative workshop or date must be made in writing by email at least 48 hours in advance. In this instance a 15% admin fee is applicable. Transfers are subject to availability and we are not obliged to ensure suitable alternatives are available. A booking can only be transferred on one occasion. Transfers may be made up to 14 days before the workshop start date and will incur no additional fee.

A substitute delegate may be named at any time before the workshop/course at no additional cost.

 

Data Protection

Any personal information you give to us will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the new data protection legislation in GDPR from May 2018. The data we hold is purely used to contact customers about their booking/courses/classes prior to their arrival, during the course of classes/courses and afterwards in relation to delivery of pottery or any items left behind. We do not contact customers (past, present or future) with any information regarding promotions or future events at Honeybourne Pottery. All promotional marketing of this nature is undertaken via our website, on our Facebook page, Twitter, printed materials and advertising.

The data we hold on customers includes the booking date, lead booking contact name/ email address/ contact telephone number. A postal address is also recorded if delivery of pottery items is required. Any personal data you provide may be held on computer files for up to 12 months. We often take photographs of participants attending workshops to use on our social media pages and website, but always seek permission before doing so.
