"We had a fantastic stay at Potter's Cottage. Annabel & Alan were the perfect hosts- extremely welcoming and friendly. They thought of everything we might need. The cottage is set in gorgeous, peaceful surroundings with scenic walks and countryside all around. The double bedroom is spacious with lots of character and a great shower in the en-suite! There is a lovely lounge, kitchen and dining area downstairs as well as a good sized second bedroom with two single beds- perfect for couples or families. We loved waking up in the morning to the sound of chickens and pretty views of the garden and quiet village.
We were amazed by the pottery studio that they run downstairs and had a go at making and decorating clay pots - very therapeutic and fun! Something we would highly recommend. They are both very skilled and patient teachers! Lastly for the foodies, there are some delightful gastro pubs very close by along with some picture perfect postcard villages to visit. We came away feeling refreshed from this beautiful retreat - great for the body & soul! We could not recommend this place highly enough. Thank you for a wonderful stay!" Leigh & Abigail
