 Booking Conditions

Full payment is requested upon booking. In the event of a cancellation, we make every effort to relet rooms. In this instance a £5 admin fee will be applied to each night cancelled that we have managed to relet. If we are not able to relet rooms, a £20 cancellation fee will be held per night booked.

If you have to cancel within 48 hours of the booking, we would be entitled to keep the full amount paid, because we could lose a substantial amount of our income as a result of late cancellations.
